Anne's Room
The original master bedroom suite. Decorated as if Anne, the original owner just left. Victorian ladies clothes and accessories are throughout the room. Relax by the fireplace on a snowy night or soak in a bubblebath in the slipper tub in this romantic, feminine room. Luxurious bath products included.
Maximum Occupancy: 2.
The Governor's Suite
A two-room suite. The turret provides a perfect place for a sitting area and fireplace. The adjacent sleeping area includes a queen bed and a day bed. Decorated with hunting and fishing collectibles. In-room bath with shower. Maximum Occupancy: 3.
Nanny's Attic
Queen bed, fireplace, sitting area, oversized shower with massage jets. Decorated with an attic theme of vintage toys, though not really the attic. Very private and quiet. Maximum Occupancy: 2.
The Maid's Quarters
A spacious apartment with large bedroom, bath with laundry, full kitchen and dining room with windows on three sides overlooking the perrenial gardens. Sleeper sofa great for kids or to share the costs with another couple. There is also room for a child with a sleeping bag or a portable crib (you provide). Maximum Occupancy: 4

Virginia's House
A three bedroom home located on an adjoining property. Spacious dining and living rooms, full kitchen and laundry. Furnished and decorated with everything you need except toothbrush and clothing. Ideal home away from home for an extended stay. Pets and children welcome. Perfect accommodations for a reunion with family and friends. In addition, there is also room for a child with a sleeping bag or a portable crib (you provide). Maximum Occupancy: 7 adults.

A Full Breakfast is served. Hot and cold beverages are complimentary throughout your stay.
Pets and children are accepted with prior arrangements. Smoking is restricted to the porch and the patio areas.
Rates may be higher for special event dates including but not limited to Penn State football and graduation. Special rates may be available for extended stays of seven days or more.
A two night minimum stay may be required on special event week-ends. Special rates are available for extended stays.
Payment: Your room will be held for you by using Mastercard, Visa, Discovery or American Express. At check-out you may use any of these credit cards or pay by cash, check or money order.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation fee is $100 for all “minimum night stays”. If cancellation is received 30 days before the arrival date, no additional charge is made. With less than 30 days notice the cancellation fee is increased to one night’s stay. With less than 14 days notice, full payment for your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the reservation date have no penalty. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice will require a 50% payment IF the room is not rebooked. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours notice will be charged in full.
